Since we do not have a direct salespeople (or middle person) marking up the sell of our

How do I join your book club?
Fill out the Book Club form, or fill
out a normal application. Once we receive your request, we will process it
immediately and get back in touch with you. This process usually takes 24
- 48 hours. In the mean time, you can make a purchase and we'll make the
necessary adjustments to your purchase based on you being a book club member.
NOTE: Even though the books are for children, someone over the age of 18 (or
legal guardian) must sign up a minor.
If I join, what's the offer?
Order as many books as you would like for 10% - 15% off. You will
also receive a FREE Chicago Screensaver with your book. Your only
membership obligation is to buy a total of 5 more books within the next 12
months.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Orders are processed as soon as they are received. It depends on
shipping. On average, credit card orders take between
3 to 5 days while checks / money orders / cashier checks take anywhere from 5 to
7 days. See shipping for more information.
Is it safe to enter my credit card information on
your web site?
Yes. We use Secure Server Software (SSL) to maintain the safety
and privacy of your information. SSL is the industry standard and the most
effective way to conduct secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of
your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so
that NO one can read it as the information travels over the internet.
NOTE: whenever you see a web address that begins with https://, it's using SSL
and so does our web site.
How does credit card billing work?
Your credit card will be charged when your selection(s) are
shipped. Your credit card will only be charged for the current order.
We will NEVER charge your credit card for any purchases throughout your
membership without your prior authorization. If you receive featured selections
automatically, your credit card will NOT be charged unless you explicitly
authorize us to use your card as payment.
What's the catch?
There's no catch. We are not in business to trick or scam anyone.
When you sign up for our book club, you need to purchase a total of 5 books over
the course of one year. That's it... The best part of it is, our books are
personalized with you (or your child) being the main character. So there
isn't a catch!
Is there any difference between joining through the
internet vs. mailing my membership in?
No. Becoming a member of our book club can take place either
through our web site or via regular postal service. Naturally, the
internet is quicker and supplies you with an updated view (or listing) of our
book selections, but they both work the same.
How do I choose my books?
You will receive a catalog every twelve weeks (or three months)
either via email or regular postal service with a complete listing of our books
based on your child's name, or you can visit our online
selection.

Can I join if I'm not a US resident?
Unfortunately, no. At the present time only residents of the United States and
those who are actively serving in the U.S. military with an APO/FPO address can
join.
